Rhythm and drumming have been a part of the human expression since the beginning of time.  Everything has a rhythm and a sense of timing, from the rotation of the planets to the cycles of earth, to the beating of the human heart.  It is ingrained in who and what we are.

Come join Peter as he leads the group in a community drum circle.  Tap into the rhythm within and bring that expression out with sound and dance.  We will end the evening off with a drum-based meditation.
