Journeys of the spirit is a series of guided meditations deep into aspects of the self. We all have access to these aspects, but sometimes we need a little guidance on how to open up these doors. Here we learn a specific meditation technique called Sanctuary Meditation. Where you learn how to open up these doors within yourself to communicate with the spirit realms, and how to discern if they are for your benefit. Within the class we will go through 7 meditations to meet your higher self, Gaia, the elements, and more.
In this class, learn:
- About clairvoyance, clairsentience, and clairaudience, and which works best for you
- Be guided to meet with your higher self, masters of light, and other beings of light.
- How to safely communicate with the appropriate beings
- How to create a safe and protected space
- How to use the tools given for your spiritual evolution
- Signs to know the information you are given is for your highest good
