Journeys of the Spirit is a full-day experiential workshop of guided meditations designed to provide the keys you need to open inner doors and strengthen your ability to navigate your intuition. Through the practice of Sanctuary Meditation you will experience a series of seven inner journeys, that allow you to work with your Higher Self to connect to the elements of earth, water, air, and fire, Mother Gaia, and more.
This workshop blends shamanic teachings, spiritual tools, and safety protocols so your experiences are grounded, clear, and deeply transformative.
