Journeys of the Spirit – T.O.

Journeys of the spirit is a series of guided meditations deep into aspects of the self. We all have access to these aspects, but sometimes we need a little guidance on how to open up these doors. Here we learn a specific meditation technique called Sanctuary Meditation. Here you learn how to open up these doors within yourself to communicate with the spirit realms, and how to discern if they are for your benefit. Within the class we will go through 7 meditations to meet your higher self, Gaia, the elements, and more.
