The Secrets of the Chakras – T.O.

The Chakras are energy centers that connect the body to the soul and within them we can find keys to all we are here to be do and achieve. The old axiom as within so without pertains to our chakra system.

When the chakras are awakened we flow in abundance good health, love, and joy. When we are disconnected from these energy centers there is imbalance and lack of focus in many and sometimes all aspects of our lives including our relationships with others.

In this full day workshop, the chakras will be awakened and infused with light so that transformation can begin to happen for each participant. This class is a journey of both the physical and spiritual senses and you will work throughout the day exercising both.

You will also receive ancient tools techniques to sustain and nourish the the chakras. As you work with the energy of the chakras you will develop a stronger sense of identity, greater peace within, and overall wellness.
Wether you are a Master of Yoga or a person just beginning to understand the benefits of overall wellness, this workshop will awaken you beyond your cuurent level of understanding.
