Our Higher Self holds the key to inner wisdom, intuition and the powers of heaven and the universe.

We often access higher dimensional energies unconsciously, but as we become conscious co-creators in our own lives, we can actively participate in the process of receiving this information and using it in combination with our Will to live our life to the fullest.

Often called channelling, this process of receiving information is a heightening and strengthening of one’s psychic abilities. We all have psychic senses and intuitive abilities that can be enhanced through practice.

The Journeys of the Spirit workshop first takes you through exercises to enhance your psychic gifts: clairvoyance, clairaudiance and clairsentience. Then you are lead through 7 guided meditation journeys to experience the higher realms and gain guidance and insight to your personal spiritual path.
