Sovereign Ipsissimus Dave’s Brand New Class!

In May, more than 250 students gathered in Toronto for The Main Thing, a powerful new class led by Sovereign Ipsissimus Dave Lanyon that challenged participants to look at life, success, and personal transformation from an entirely different perspective.

Building on the central theme of cutting through distraction to discover what truly matters, the class explored mind-bending concepts surrounding time, change, focus, and the way we direct our lives. Participants were invited to examine how they relate to time, why meaningful change can be so difficult, and what it takes to move beyond the noise and habits that pull attention away from what they truly want to accomplish.

Through teachings designed to deepen clarity and sharpen focus, the class explored how identifying your own “Main Thing” can become a guiding force for making decisions, creating change, and pursuing greater success and joy in life.

This class became an opportunity to reconsider familiar ideas about aspirations and achievement and to explore a deeper question: if you truly knew what mattered most, how differently would you use your time, energy, and focus?
