Express Yourself!

The Shamballah Gatherings provide you with the opportunity to be in an environment where you can just be yourself and connect with the community around you in a safe, non-judgmental environment. Our ability to open our hearts to each other, create an environment of peace and acceptance are the first steps to creating a new world of PEACE and JOY for all! Peace worldwide, starts from inside ourselves. As Gandhi said, we must be the change we wish to see in the world! The Shamballah Gatherings are about creating that change, providing a space where we can explore what peace and acceptance truly are. 

 This event will feature:

• meditation to connect to your inner senses
• exercises to deepen your compassion for others
• expression through drumming, movement, artwork and more
• energy healings such as Reiki and crystal healing offered
• live DJ and dancing

There will also be various performances through self expression with a few open spots for anyone who is interested in contributing in a performance such as dance, poetry, drawing or anything you feel you like to express your self!
